Jamie Lee Curtis does not want to be part of the MCU

Jamie Despite the success that is MCU, it seems that not all Hollywood actors are interested in being part of this film universe. It was revealed that Simon Pegg did not intend to fight with Thor or Ant-Man, and it was recently revealed that Jamie Lee Curtis is also not interested in playing a Marvel villain or heroine.

During an interview with People about her participation in everything Everywhere All at Once, Curtis was questioned about the possibilities of being part of the MCU. The actress is not interested in this idea, since the way Marvel Studios makes films, is not to the pleasure of her of her. This was what she said about it:

I fear that if I make a Marvel movie, they will hit points everywhere and force me to act alone in a warehouse somewhere. Eventhing Everywhere All At Once was absolutely the most unexpected and charming experience, maybe my career, just because the expectations were very low and I was so free at work and I had a lot of fun doing it. And there was no green screen!

Without a doubt, The use of special effects on Marvel movies has been a topic in recent weeks . After Thor: Love and Thunder, many have questioned the way in which the study treats special effect artists, and the work we see on screen. Undoubtedly, a quite valid issue for Jamie Lee Curtis to not decide to participate in the MCU.

In related issues, we already know when thor would arrive: Love and Thunder A Disney+. Similarly, special effect artists no longer want to work with Marvel.

Editor's note:

It is true that Marvel Studios practices are not the best in the middle. Since the last years, and thanks to the pandemic, it seems that Marvel is only a factory where everything joins in post-production, but leaves the actors in a single space.
