Resident Evil: Raccoon City Welcome to Nightmare The trailer shows Lisa Trevor, Lickers and more

RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY | TRAILER #2 BREAKDOWN Resident Evil: Raccoon City Welcome to hit theaters later this month, Sony Pictures has released a new trailer to generate buzz. Sony calls the trailer for Nightmare and although there are some clips we ve seen, highlights the horror elements of the film in a very big way. In addition to the typical zombies, the new trailer shows Lisa Trevor, looking as terrifying as in games! There is also a photo of the Licker with teeth and many other experiments of Umbrella Corporation.

The new trailer can be found embedded below.

For those who are unfamiliar with Lisa Trevor, the character appeared in a remake of the first game Resident Evil. Resident Evil the remake debuted in 2002 at Nintendo GameCube, and has since been ported to a plethora of video game platforms. The remake players presented a series of new enemies, including Crimson Head zombies, but Trevor could have been the creepiest addition. One of the first experiments of the Progenitor virus, Trevor gained superhuman powers, making it a formidable enemy. Raccoon Bienvenido City perfectly captures the creepy design of it, and shows once again how faithful is the new film.

It s really interesting to see how the director Johannes Roberts pays homage to the games Resident Evil Raccoon with Bienvenido City. It may not be easy to balance faithfully adapt the original material and the same time, offer a scary movie alone. It remains to be seen whether the film will achieve that goal, but the trailers look promising so far! In fact, many fans on YouTube and Twitter are already saying they wish that this had been the first advance of the film, since it is the best so far.

Resident Evil: Raccoon Welcome to City exclusively premiering in theaters on November 24. Meanwhile, you can consult our previous coverage of the film here.
