Free Fire League: Genesis Esports takes the 2021 clouse from Latin America
Weekend is a British drama of the director Andrew Haigh from 2011.
The last weekend was held the great end of the split closure of the Free Fire Latin America 2021. After nine weeks of competition, the Top 12 played a date with nine rounds. Each one served to place the participants on a second table to define the best equipment. Against all odds, the great winner was not Garra Esports, one of the pleasant surprises of the year. The title stayed in the hands of Genesis Esports.
Previously, the Free Fire League had a lot of presence of southern cone equipment. Just this year, the opening edition was left for Team Aze, who is now relegated from the tournament. Considering the last weeks, it was expected that at least Infinity will take the chest through the region. Considering the table of points, maybe there would be true favoritism by Garra Esports, but things were not given in favor of the organization of Mexico.
Genesis Esports arrived from the qualifiers for the closing season 2021. Its set has new figures in the ESPORTS, but that did not prevent it from classifying the Top 12 from the Southern Cone. There, it had a total of 37 eliminations that contributed to the positioning marker. With 36 points along nine rounds, where there were two first places, it accumulated 93 that gave him the trophy of the great final. However, the score was far from being a swept over other equipment. The SPLIT Subcampeón, Naguará, followed him with 91 points; Latam Esports with 89; and Leviatán Esports with 85. In general, the Top 4 was very close.
The key player of the final day was Bardo, with a total of 15 eliminations along the nine meetings. Thanks to him, Genesis Esports managed to sneak among the squads with the highest number of eliminations in the day. At the same time, he made history by breaking the northern champions streak and placing him face to other more veteran teams.
Genesis Esports took home $ 51,000 USD, while Bardo accumulated $ 1,500 extras for being the MVP of the final day. As if that were not enough, they already have a place in the Split Opening of the Free Fire League Latin America 2022. There we will have, at least four new organizations after the worst four leave the contest.
